Return Policy
1.Return Requirement
 Pls return us the unbroken louboutin sale as well as the outer package . If the goods need to be returned to us ,meanwhile u need to make sure the products tags should be in perfect condition. And we can’t accept the return if the returned goods are in defective condition, such as the goods without the products tags or damaged tags or without resending the outer package.

2.Return shipping fee
If it is our mistake,we will pay the shipping fee.But if it is not our reason for an exchange, you need to afford the return shipping fee for you sending back and the shipping fee for us to resend the package.

3.Non-product-quality problems ,such as the color ,sharp or appearance of the louboutinbox shoes. The pictures and information are only for reference, the sample is subject to the real products which you receive.

4.We can’t offer u the refund if u loss any part of the products ,and u need to add the lose parts.

We don’t accept the refund if u use the prodcuts in uncorrect way .

We will not be responsible for the goods if the goods are not completely returned to us.

our customer service will check out and reply to you after we receive the returned products (reply to you within 3 days). If it’s the case, we will give u the refund and u can check it out on the order detail from our website.

2. All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We promise you of the right order package. So if want to return the shoes for a refund, all returned items are subject to a restocking fee. So we will deduct our shipping fee from your order. And refund all the rest money to you.
3. If you want returns or exchanges, we do not cover the shipping cost(if it is not our fault). So you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you insurance for your package, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Moreover, we could not refund your money or exchange for you,if we have not received the returned package.The signature at the EMS website is the proof that we have received the package.
4. We will email the shipping address to you after you get our feedback here. All returned products should be sent to that return address.
5. We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 7 days after you received the shoes, please contact us with your item number and our costomer service will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items and send us the link and size of the style you want to exchange.
6. Order Cancellation: Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Cause that we process all orders as quickly as possible within 12 hours after orders placed, so please check your email often after you place the order.
